Let us introduce fooditalyfood.com . We're a new site but we already have the web's largest collection of indexed articles devoted to all aspects of Italian food and coffee with a focus on delicious, usually quick and easy Italian recipes. And you don't have to live in Italian or in a city with a Little Italy neighborhood to get the ingredients. Keep coming back; we'll be adding more articles including some of our own. Read these articles before stepping into your kitchen.
These articles and recipes by guest authors are devoted to Italian bread, pasta, and pizza, in other words carbohydrates. We might have done some of these recipes a bit differently, but they are an excellent starting point, and the ingredients are usually available. Every entry contains a beautiful, related photo (no, we didn't take them ourselves) inspiring you to rush into the kitchen or to your favorite Italian restaurant.
These articles by guest authors are devoted to Italian coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and the people and machines that make it great. If you're lucky enough to have an Italian coffee machine you can try some of the suggestions at home.
These articles cover a multitude of subjects including the history of Italian food, Italian cooking schools and restaurants, and even the Italian culinary approach to Valentine's day.
Lamb, meatballs, and veal. We include at least two Italian recipes for each. Let's hope that the purists aren't offended by a great Mexican meatball recipe.
Soup, sauces, vegetarian lasagna, and even fish and chips. This section includes many delicious recipes. It even tells you what to do with that expensive bottle of balsamic vinegar that you received last Christmas.
These articles and recipes by guest authors are devoted to regional specialties from various regions of Italy. Many of the articles suggest the best wines to accompany these specialties. Italy is composed of twenty regions, each with its own cuisine so this section has plenty of room for expansion.
What better way to end a meal than with Italian sweets? What better way to end a web site than with articles and recipes devoted to Italian sweets?
