Serving Wine

Traditional wine serving

Do you think it was easier to serve wine in those days? There weren't any articles to tell you what to do. So in a sense we are better off today.

Serving Wine - Do It Right

Serving wine. Did you ever feel that you could use some help? Just about everybody does. Without being a fanatic, you will find that an appropriate wine glass helps bring out the best in your wine. The same goes, even more so, for the serving temperature. You'll learn how to deal with spliled wine (instead of crying over it), and know what to do in a wine-tasting room.

A clickable list of articles on wine buying follows immediately. Then we briefly describe each article, followed by a direct quote to entice you to read it. While we do not necessarily agree with each author's affirmations, we only present articles that we feel are of value. We plan to add relevant articles from time to time.
