This Wiener Schnitzel is even better with the right wine.
Wiener schnitzel is German for Viennese cutlet, a traditional Austrian dish consisting of a thin slice of veal coated in breadcrumbs and fried. In Austria it is often served with a lemon slice, lingonberry jam and either potato salad or potatoes with parsley and butter. Some think this dish actually originated in Milan, Italy.
In addition to the wines mentioned in our food pairing table you might consider a Riesling. Take my advice, in spite of the picture, Wiener Schnitzel goes better with wine than with Coke.
