Seafood Cocktail, one great appetizer.
There are as many Seafood Cocktails as there are cooks or should we say chefs. A lot of people start with Shrimp (don't overcook), and add other seafood such as Lobster and Crab as you fancy strikes. The sauce can be spicy, but don't make it so strong that it masks the delicate seafood flavors. Or go to your favorite seafood restaurant. Enjoy!
