Greek Salad calls for the right wine pairing.
A Greek Salad is basically a tomato salad accompanied by cucumbers, feta cheese, Greek olives, and red onions. You can also add sardines (I wouldn't), anchovies (I would), and bell peppers. Seasonings include salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. You could add some lettuce but a Greek Salad is not a lettuce salad. And please, please don't make a Greek Salad with California olives.
In addition to the wines mentioned in our food pairing table you might consider a Sauvignon Blanc, a French Sancerre, or a Portuguese Vinho Verde.
