Suckling Pig, an excellent choice.
A suckling pig has only fed on its mother's milk. It is slaughtered between two to six weeks, and traditionally roasted or cooked on a spit. The dish is usually reserved for special occasions. It is popular in China, many European countries, and Louisiana.
In addition to the wines mentioned in our food pairing table you might consider Spanish Rioja or Viognier, a white wine.
