Yellow pepper, red onion, olives, spinach, basil, and yeast. You don't need meat.
Just about anything can be put on a pizza. Examples of fruit and vegetable toppings include tomatoes (the tomato is officially a fruit), artichoke hearts, eggplant, olives, onions, spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers, jalepenos, and pineapple. Did somebody say mushrooms? Pizza is very international; the popular styles vary from country to country. For example in Costa Rica coconut is a popular topping. And in Korea they like sweet potato pizza. Venezualans go for corn and goat cheese pizza. If I had to choose, I'd take the last one. Especially if I could go light on the corn and substitute a pizza cheese for goat cheese.
In addition to the wines mentioned in our food pairing table you might consider a red Cabernet Franc or a white Sauvignon Blanc. As always, if your pizza has mushrooms as well, I would consider a Pinot Noir.
