Pasta Primavera calls for the right wine pairing.
Primavera is Italian for spring. Pasta primavera is pasta with vegetables, ideally spring vegetables. Cook the vegatables such as broccoli, carrots, peas, onions, red or green bell peppers, and tomatoes crisply. To make it more authentic add garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan Cheese. You may want to use small pasta such as farfalle, fusilli, penne, and rigatoni. If you use large pasta such as fettuccine or spaghetti, slice the veggies into strips.
