Tavel
Tavel AOC is the most famous dry French rosé. It is made from a variety of grapes
in the southern Rhone Valley of southeastern France. It's a food-friendly wine that pairs
well with many foods.

Tempranillo
Tempranillo is Spain's signature red grape, but it is also found in southern France,
Argentina, California, and Australia. It is often blended.

Tocai
Tocai is a fruity white wine from the Fruili region of northeastern Italy. It may have a mineral
taste. Suggested food pairings include

Trockenbeerenauslese
Trockenbeerenauslese is the sweetest German wine. It is made out of individually
picked grapes that rotted on the vine. But it's noble rot, similar to French Sauternes.
