Dolcetto
Dolcetto is a redgrape variety found in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. Dolcetto wines remind some of Beaujolais. They are fruity, contain a low level of tannin, and should be consumed young. Suggested food pairings include Pasta with uncooked Tomato Sauce and light meats.

Dôle
Dôle is the signature red wine of Switzerland. It is fruity and full-bodied. The major component is the Pinot Noir grape. Suggested food pairings include Lake Fish and Cheese, easpecially a Swiss Cheese.
