Neac
The Neac AOC comes from a village by that name in the Libourais district. These are rarely encountered red wines.

Libournais
The Libournais district on the right bank of the Dordogne River does reds, especially Merlot. Some of the finest wines such as Chateau Petrus are extremely expensive, if you can get them at all.

Listrac-Medoc
The Listrac-Medoc AOC is the least prestigious district of the Haut-Medoc AOC district of Bordeaux. Its soils are rather shallow and don't have as much limestone as its fancier neighbors. It's also further from the Gironde estaury. These red wines may be cellared for 5 to 10 years.

Loupiac
The Loupiac AOC is on the right bank of the Garonne River. These are sweet white wines, the best in the Entre-Deux-Mers district. They may be cellared for 5 to 15 years.

Lussac-St.-Emilion
The Lussac-St.-Emilion AOC is a single village appellation northeast of St.-Emilion. Their nature varies considerably depending on the soil. These red wines may be cellared for 5 to 12 years.
